Fishing Holidays in Suffolk at Rumburgh Farm

The holiday lodges overlook the two lakes in a peaceful Suffolk setting – one which is stocked with trout so you can enjoy doorstep fly fishing and the second one is stocked with carp for float fishing on a catch and release basis with barbless hooks. 

Fishing is included with your holiday accommodation and we are happy for you to take a trout for the pot but we do not expect you to empty the lake!

The two lakes have created a very tranquil setting for everyone to enjoy – whether fishermen or not.  There is an abundance of wildlife, attracted by the water – kingfishers, various waterfowl including pink footed geese, tufted ducks and even the occasional swan as well as dragonflies, damsel flies, frogs and much more.  Plenty to enjoy whatever season you choose to book your Suffolk holiday.
